Instructions for
Submission of Papers
1.
The papers should be original. No plagiarism is
allowed. The contents taken from other sources should be minimal (Definitions,
quotations, episodes, etc)and should not exceed 10 % in the plagiarism
software. If it more than that level, is found, the paper will be summarily
rejected.
2.
The papers should not exceed 4 pages without
diagrams, and 5 pages with diagrams. Paper Size - A4, Font - Times Roman, Size - 12, Spacing -
1.5, Margins Normal (All sides 1 inch), Title - Centre, Body - Justify).
3.
The original files of graphs, and diagrams
should be attached as a separate file (.xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, etc.). Sometimes
this is necessary when compiling the book. As the book will be in Black and
White, in graphs (Pie diagrams, bar diagrams, Histograms, etc). do not use
colours. Use various designs in black and white.
4.
The paper should start with the title, followed
by name, affiliation (Post, institution, place with Pincode, etc), and contact
email. Please do not add lengthy degrees.
For doctorates, simply use Dr. Others do
not use Mr, Mrs, Ms, Thiru, Father, Sister, etc. Only name is sufficient. The
word, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Director, etc may be
added in the next line.
5.
The order of the paper is Abstract of maximum
200 words - Introduction - Body of the paper - Conclusion - References.
6.
Give necessary number of references. Please do
not give so many references, sometimes exceeding the paper itself.
7.
Give your name, title of the paper, mobile
number, email ID, address for communication, in another page after the
paper.
8. The
quality papers selected by the review
committee will be published in the ISSN book and the remaining papers will
be published in the ISBN book. Very poor
quality papers will not be considered for publication.
9.
There are two prizes for Best Papers, two prizes for Best
Paper Presentation. Certificates will be provided.
10. Please
try minimize spelling, grammar, syntax, technical and formatting
errors. As the time is short and we
try to bring the journal and book well in time, please check your paper with
some technical and language experts before submission.
11.
Every author or co-author has to pay the Registration
fee for every paper for every author/co-author. If one author has many co-authors
in one paper and has multiple papers as author/co-author, for every paper, for every
author/co-author, separate registration amount has to be paid. Please
mention the name of the organizing secretaries at the envelope consisting the
registration form. The DD should be taken in favor of TNOU, payable at Chennai.
12.
To avoid such situation, please avoid submitting
multiple papers. Please limit the number of co-author to one. i.e., one paper
may contain maximum two persons.
13.
The actual printing may start on 21/22. So,
please submit the papers at the earliest. Papers received after 20/21 may not
be considered for publication. Still, the authors may present the paper and get
the certificate.
14.
The amount for the price of the book / journal will
be intimated later. The amount for the book / journal should be given in cash
at the counters at the time of the conference. Cheque / DD will not be
entertained for that purpose. That amount should not be clubbed with the
registration.
15.
The participants should attend both days and
present the paper. Certificates will not be issued for those who are absent on
both days or one day.
16.
The names of the hotels and tariffs will be
intimated later. Those who need accommodation, may approach us and we will book
the rooms on payment basis.
